Behind the scenes

Introducing my second model:

Leslie Molina

Leslie Molina

Leslie is currently a Junior at Berkmar High School.

Leslie has really beautiful and naturally curly hair, and I didn’t want to tame it. So, this look is about just embracing your natural curls, and transitioning into the night with a chic messy bun. Simple, yet elegant.

Look 1: Daytime

I really wish that my hair was super curly like this, but unfortunately it is not. My hair is super wavy naturally. So, the days that I don’t feel like straightening, curling or doing anything to my hair…I just use the Living Proof: Prime Style Extender Cream. The details on my routine can be found at The Night Out Essentials.

However, since Leslie’s hair is super curly (don’t worry, I didn’t forget all my curly haired ladies! I got y’all the details) – I asked her the details on what she uses to keep the curls from getting crazy and frizzy. Leslie uses TIGI Catwalk Curlesque Defining Serum. She uses shampoo, and conditioner on regular bases, and to maintain the curls, she applies the defining serum on damp hair to keep it looking shiny and bouncy (totally jealous, I want her hair).

Look 2: Nighttime

For the nighttime look, I just tied her hair in a messy bun (and she looked absolutely flawless). She threw on a dress and was ready to walk the town in her heels. You can find two ways to quickly create a messy bun on my YouTube channel:

Ladies, embrace the natural features you’re blessed with. Spend a little time trying to hide all of your flaws, and whole lot of time on cherishing who you are. We are all beautiful. You are beautiful.

Stay tuned for part 3…

Smile & have a wonderful week!
