Growing up, Muhammad Ali was my biggest role model. Every year, we had to write a paper on one historical figure, and every year I would write it on Muhammad Ali. It’s crazy, every time I researched him I would learn something new and be even more enamored by him. So, needless to say, when I saw that Roots of Fight had a Cassius Clay hoodie (a really really nice Cassius Clay hoodie), I scooped it up immediately.
With the weather having pretty much skipped Spring and jumping straight from Winter to deep Summer, I use every windy day as an opportunity to layer with my favorite pieces. And with current trends, there’s no way you can go wrong with a comfortable hoodie, torn jeans, and some clean low-tops. So, without further ado, I present to you my breakout look… just a hoodie and jeans.
Jeans and a Hoodie
Hoodie: Roots of Fight Pullover Hoodie – The specific hoodie I’m wearing is no longer carried, but all of their stuff is just as comfortable. Their stuff doesn’t shrink, it’s crazy comfrotable, and fits like athletic wear should
Jeans: Crysp Denim Pacific Denim (Khaki) – The jeans are from this streetwear denim company I just discovered, Crysp Denim. They run true to size, plenty of stretch, and they feel like they’re gonna last
Shoes: Ben Sherman Chandler Lo – Probably one of my favorite pair of shoes. They stand out, but red is neutral enough that I don’t need to match them with anything. Ben Sherman makes some really affordable and long lasting shoes.
See you guys again soon!
